DALLAS, Texas – February 3rd, 2010 – Odyssey OneSource, a nationally recognized provider of employment administration and liability management for small businesses, is pleased to announce its acquisition of nSYTE COEUS GROUP (NCG).

nSYTE COEUS GROUP is a privately held firm that provides human resource outsourcing solutions to small and mid-market firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  These services include human resources consulting and administrative services outsourcing solutions.

The acquisition of nSYTE COEUS GROUP is expected to create a winning blend of innovative employment solutions and best in class subject-matter expertise, which will contribute to outstanding levels of customer service that meet the rapidly evolving employer’s human resource needs. NCG will now operate under the Odyssey OneSource name.

Mike Poarch brings more than 14 years of HR management experience in the PEO industry. His focus at NCG was the development and management of the firm’s administrative services outsourcing division.  His mission was to help organizations create sustainable growth. Prior to co-founding NCG, Poarch held executive positions with Poarch Financial Services, LLC and Administrative Benefits, Inc. (ABI) and has written for various business and trade publications, including the Fort Worth Business Press, Inside Collin County Business and The ProEmp Journal.  Mr. Poarch was named the top executive in ProEmp Journal’s Who's Who in the professional employer organization issue.

Steve Freeman has more than 20 years of human resource management experience including employee relations, union relations, staffing, compensation, organizational development, change management, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits and ran NCG’s human resource consulting practice. Prior to co-founding NCG, Mr. Freeman held human resource management roles with GE, Allegiance Healthcare, Scientific-Atlanta, NCR, and Cardinal Health.
